Today we ordered 2 large pizzas and it took an hour and 45 minutes to be delivered 5 minutes away from the store. Once the pizza was finally delivered we called for a refund because it took almost 2 hours and they said the computer wouldn’t allow them. Makes no sense! This isn’t the first time we’ve been unhappy with their service... we will never be back and do not recommend!
It's always the same girl working by herself every time I'm here, she seems to be getting exzuasted because shes usually very sweet and foods good but not today!! Will give her a pass on this one but not very happy customer today
I had called today about a discrepancy with the delivery driver the woman I spoke to seemed very caring which is important to me and was quick to fix the problem and even gave me a free 2lit for my troubles. Food was delicious after she fixed it. Happy customer!! will be back
I order every Wednesday NO PROBLEMS. The lady that answers is very sweet and always gets my food right. UNTILL ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE IS A VERY RUDE AGGRESSIVE man there instead. Two weeks in a row it has been nothing but trouble from him. Extremely disappointing. I waited for 2 hours for cold food tonight when he said only an hour. Wont be ordering anymore if hes working.
Every time I order from this location there an issue. Examples are first the delivery time is always way after their quoted time. As I write this review I've already waited 11/2 hrs and was trying to give them a second chance. I LOVE the pizza when it's correct and hot. I hate the fact I will NOT be ordering from here again. Someone needs to take better order of this location and get it right.
