I just realized a week ago that this place was here. Very friendly and fast.nnThe manager might want to put a sign out by the road, or have someone stand out by the street with a sign, because I live right around the corner and I had no idea they opened a month ago. I have ordered three times this week and every time they don't seem busy at all. Likely because nobody knows it's now open? I suggest a sign because it's not very visible from the road.

Next time you guys decide to take an old hot and ready throw it back into the oven, instead of making a fresh one is not funny. Mark it at 9:10pm 4-1-21 this is the worst pizza thank you for killing my dinner. To everyone getting food here watch out.

Wish there was consistency in quality. This location skimps heavily on the dough of their Hot-N-Ready pizzas. Very very thin resulting in a sagging drooping greasy mess. Not the quality I am used to seeing with their pizzas, even if they are only 5 dollars.

Ordered from here tonight. Was told pizza would be ready by 6:45p. I sent my daughter to get pizza. She texted me at 7:05 saying one of the pizzas wasn’t done. I called and spoke to the manager/owner. He didn’t even apologize. The kid who answered the phone said they lost the pizza. Manager said we don’t lose pizzas. So where is my pizza because now my daughter has been waiting 30 minutes. When I shared my concerns with the manager he did not even apologize and implied that I didn’t want the pizza. I had kids at home to feed. He lacks customer service skills. He could have offered a discount for next time. Instead he just said it was Friday and they were busy. My daughter heard them complain about me when he hung up and the other kid in the store said oh I gave that pizza away 30 minutes ago. This customer service is not acceptable. I won’t order from there again. There are plenty of other options for pizza in this city with much better customer service.

I love Little Caesars and I was very excited for North Ridgeville to get one, but have ordered from this new location 4 times now and every time the pizzas have been undercooked, one of which was completely raw dough on the bottom of the pizza. Will probably wait a few months before trying again, hopefully whatever the issue is with the new oven and or cooking times is resolved by then.
