Great place to train. Coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals whether they are for self defense, fighting or physical fitness in general.
If you wanna learn mma or even get yourself in shape this is a great gym to go to, they feel like family and they push you to your limit and beyond, dont be afraid to come anyone is welcome

Chris is absolutely amazing, me and my husband are very impressed so far with his facility and the training. My son absolutely loves it there and he gets the work out of his life. We feel this is a good experience for him to get all that excess energy out. My son has a learning disability and a lot of anger issues. Chris teaches these kids how to show respected and how to be respectef in an appropriate manner. We are very excited to see the future our son has facility.
Ares Training Facility offers accommodating schedules for busy lifestyles at reasonable prices for everyone. I have been taking private lessons since summer of 2016 and my fighting skills have sharpened as a result of Coach Cox’s professional guidance. Also, my 6 year old son along with my 4 year old daughter receive private lessons at Ares Training Facility. Coach Cox is extremely patient with children being a man with strong family values.nCoach Cox is knowledgeable, versatile, and a natural teacher. He has taken much time to review my ongoing training goals while he effectively communicates the reasoning, science, mechanics, and strategy behind all areas of combative sports.nIf you are looking for hard core combative training, a fun alternative to the gym, personal training to improve your level of fitness, or a safe environment to expose your children self-defense then Ares Training Facility is the place for you.
