We bought our first camper from Moore’s in 2018 and decided to downsize. We ended upgrading to a bigger one thanks to my daughter. She had pros and cons about downsizing and upgrading. We just picked up the new travel trailer today to take to our seasonal campground...all I can say is I’m ready to start camping. Everyone that works there is friendly and not pushy at all. We waited a week before the trade-in and I’m glad we did. Thanks Moore’s RV. We’ll be back for the odds and ends.

We were on our way to Bristol TN and our weight distribution bars were too wore to trust. They made room in their busy schedule and got us safely on our way. Great service.

The staff are good people. Wish the prices weren't so high but would definitely buy once I get more money saved up.

Very happy with the service from Moore’s and the finance company they use after being turned away by two other RV dealers because they didn’t want to take the time to work with us on our needs. Yes we ended up with a slightly smaller camper than we wanted. But after having it for a month and our third weekend in it it’s perfect for us. Plus our payment is about $50 dollars less than I was willing to pay with the extra 7 year warranty

We found Moore’s RV at the RV Show in Cleveland this past January. We found a camper that we liked, and the salesman dealt with us very personably and professionally.nnWhen we went to pick up our camper in March, it had been ordered from the factory, and unfortunately, it was much different than the one we had picked out. Moore’s RV immediately took steps to correct the situation. I was afraid they would really try to talk us into taking the one that was wrong, but they did not. They made it right, and we came home the following weekend with the camper that we had picked out. When we picked it up, Jeff in the service department walked us through everything. He was very patient with us as we asked a LOT of questions. We left with the confidence that we needed for our new camper that was quite different than our previous one.nnAs with any new camper, there were a few things that needed to be addressed after we camped a few times. We took it into the service department and one day later, they called and had corrected everything.nnFrom the sales staff, the accounting department, and the service department, they make you feel welcome and are very accommodating.nnI would highly recommend Moore’s RV.
