So before I start, I do understand that we showed up at 12:34 am and the close at 1am. I can understand that a person can be very busy and can become distracted. What I can't understand is when I come into a place of business and get ignored. The man was preparing food for in guess another customer when we walked in. My friend and I waited while he made what looked like two subs? Then I reached back and open the door I used to enter to have the bell sounds off thinking that maybe he didnt see me. The amount of disrespect I felt when he looked at me knowing I was trying to get his attention and still didn't say a word......... No one minute sir, or we're closed or anything. By far the worst service ever.

An issue with the app came up when placing an order and while I do not feel the local store was at any fault, the general manager gave me a call and provided a full refund. She is very passionate about her store and providing the best customer service. Kudos to her and her team for keeping on during a wild year.

Ordered online, picked up my favorite handmade sausage and pineapple at store which is just down the street, got home and just drooled because it was soooo good. Called the manager Jennifer to tell her how scrumptious it was and to thank the one who made it. Great job!

My Experience was awesome! .. The Manager's Name is Jennifer at North 21st Street Store in Newark Ohio. The PIzza, Breadsticks and Brownies were awesome and made to my order.. The Service was great and I used the contactless delivery.. It was fast and the Driver was very courteous! Get your pizza here folks.. you can't lose... I will definitely will be ordering again!! By the way... I used to be a manager over 5 different Domino's stores and know if its not done right.. but out of 10.... They were definitely a 10!! Thanks again!!

Though I know they are busy on Friday nights I was highly disappointed. I placed my order at 7:15 , my estimated time said 7:39 for delivery. The handy track your order app said at 8:06 it was ready for a quality check. Our pizza didnt come until 9:15. It was burnt and barely warm. Definitely wont be ordering again.
