This is the first and last time I will be coming here. While the food was good, the owner, Joshua Wiser is not. He publicly yelled at two waitresses in front of customers, in the dining area, for my messed up order that was not messed up in the first place. I would like to commend Carissa and Tristan for dealing with this pompous, arrogant, a$$. Thank you for helping us this evening! The customer service was excellent and you both deserve better!nnHowever, the only thing that Joshua did nicely was seat us at our table and bring us our drinks.

Last night I called and tried to order and was told to order online. So I went through the whole thing and then it wouldn't let me add it to the cart. I called back and was told to try it again. So I did and still same thing. I tried calling back several times and no answer. So tonight we went and I was extremely dissatisfied with this place. The first time I loved it. I praised this place. Then tonight was completely different. I only seen my waitress 5 times. 1)To greet us and get drink order. 2)To get food order 3) Bring us our food(which wasn't the greatest) 4) Came to bring us the receipt but instead of handing us the receipt she took my husband's credit card and went to charge his card. 5) Brought back his card and the receiptnBack.nI hope service gets better soon.

This is our first trip to Dickey's the food was excellent the service was excellent . Our waitress went out of her way to explain the food and how it was served there. She was a blonde lady that looks like she was straight out of a western movie. We love the place thank you

10x better than city barbecue and half the price of them to. I will be coming back. Their smoked wings are amazing. I wish they had more locations but for people that live out of town its worth the trip. Great staff as well. They are deff a 6 out of 5 stars.

Meat is dried out and terrible. Sides are great though, specially the potatoes. The 1 waitress for our group of 20+ did the absolute best she could, but they should have had someone help her. Props for her running all by herself! We left a good tip, hope she doesn't have to split it with the other waitresses who just watched her run her butt off and didn't help.
