Such an amazing, energetic, and fun environment! You forget that you had a long stressful day at work the minute you walk in the door. I have never loved working out so much and have never found anything that has produced such great results. I began with the Boot camp class and occasionally personal training sessions and now also go to the new Yoga class offered on Thursdays. I love all the workouts. The staff and members are all welcoming, friendly, fun, and helpful. I truly can not say enough great things about the staff and the workouts offered at Elite One!!
Awesome people and even better results. Elite One Fitness has given me the support, encouragement, and direction to begin my weight loss journey. They are also fantastic with all the kids in my family! It truly is a postive family environment that makes you look forward to coming in everyday.
