Got a truck I really liked. Broke down within months, repair would have cost over $3000. Already put $3400 into it from payments. Returned it and learned a lesson.
Called in to look at the white Ford Ranger they have for sale for almost 6 grand. I got there and it's rusted out. I mean panels almost all the way though. Check the vin and put in the info carfax and kbb are saying it's worth about 2 grand, been in 3 accidents and the rear axle needs work. Spent about 30 minutes walking around looking before I decided to check the back lot to see what they have. Not a single person came to talk to me. But some sketchy dude in a mustang was just staring at us after he walked out of the office.
Never return your calls, put an application in for finance and never heard back. I called 3 times and left messages still no call back. Communication could be improved
this place is so messed up I came all the way from Columbus because the ad is on the internet doesn't say nothing about them not selling cars to people that live in Columbus only people in Newark and it should be expressed on their advertisement. our car is about to fall apart so we need a new one and it just so frustrating right now that was so messed up.and act like I won't pay my car or stereotyping me.
I haven't purchased a vehicle as kf yet but, stopped in today was greeted by the kw er I believe. Name was Russ so one can assume. Very courteous. Seemed extremely honest an helpful. I hope when I go back here for the purchase the review will remain the same.
