I recently had my Ford Focus there for work to be done on it and I was told on 4 days straight that I would have my car back the next day. 3 of those days my car was still not ready for me to pick it up. This is the only vehicle that I own and I had appointments that I had to go to but couldn’t because they kept pushing back the day that I would get my car back. I am however great full that they were able to get a new/used engine for my car at a reasonable price and that they knocked off a bunch of the labor cost.
Great sales and finance! Very nice and easy to deal with. Bought used and they are fixing issues we found. Gave me a loaner to use in the mean time. Finance didn't push for the extras. Great experience with Warren and Jordan.
