Lotus Boba Tea

I have seen some people writing some negative reviews about this establishment , but me and my wife have attended so many times that we have lost count by now and we have not had any issues at all with the drinks nor with customer service. I believe they have a pretty big variety of drinks to choose from, of course not all taste the same and you will like some more than others, but nevertheless all of their drinks are good. I suggest you try them out yourself and see how you like them and not go base some negative reviews.

The drink was wonderful. However, the customer service was lacking. I had inquired about the cost of the large beverage for the drink I was getting. The cashier said it would be 50 cents extra. I said lets go ahead and do that while knodding my head yes. When she went over the order it was muffled because the mask, there was a screen protectant and the music was fairly loud. So, when she mumbled the order I couldn't hear what she was saying but I assumed it was fine because I literally asked about the price said yes and knodded my head when she asked if I wanted the large. So, once it comes out its the smaller size and I said I orered the large. The other girl was not sincerely empathetic or apologetic at all I felt! She never apologized and there was no compensation for messing up the order. The lady said well on the screen it said a regular, and keep in mind though we never got a recipient. So, I could not even look at it to verify because I would have surely corrected it. I would appreciate a little bit better customer service and I was frustrated because the girl messed up!!!! Even if it said it on the screen at the end if the day she was not listening or paying attention or whatever. My partner was with me and they 100 percent could attest to me directly inquiring about a large and telling her I wanted it. I may or may not go back here.

This place is wonderful! So many pretty options for any kind of drink your looking for! They do charge for your choice of bottoms but it is a super small fee (I got the Jelly Grass and it was .05 cents for one scoop) Kind staff that is efficient and clean environment. Will definitely be coming back! (P.S. Wait times are high due to so many people going please have patience with them, I assure you it is worth the wait and please remember they are people to)

Literally, the first good bubble tea I've had since moving here. Every other place in the area has "bubble tea" that's just super super sweet tea with garbage boba. This is the first place that had good Taro Tea that didn't taste like milk tea with purple food coloring. They have a decent selection of flavors that don't feel gimmicky. Just da good stuff. 10/10 would Taro again.

Really tasty Boba! I got the Lotus Boba Tea for me and a Milk Tea with Boba in it for my sister. We both really enjoyed them and the staff was also really nice. Only thing was the wait was a bit long, but I didn’t mind too much. Over all a really solid place and love that they have a drive thru.
