Wonderful experience at Infiniti of Nashua. Cara was great communicating with me via text prior to me going to the dealership. My salesperson was Sandy Burke who was very professional and honest. Sandy and the whole team made the buying experience easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend Sandy and the whole Nashua team to all my friends and family. My husband and I went to Infiniti of Nashua a couple weeks ago and seen a showroom car that I liked but didn’t think would be in our budget. We went back last week to do schedule a test drive. We met with Sandra Burke, who was fabulous and found us a car to test drive right away. After driving the car, we were definitely interested. Sandra was professional and understanding to our needs. She came back with some great numbers that worked for us. She went through all the car details and features. Sandra’s enthusiasm made us comfortable and we felt in good hands. Needless to say we’re proud owners of a beautiful Infiniti thanks to Sandra! Thank you!

This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership. I wasn’t sure of how the process went or how long it actually took to purchase a car. Sandra and staff made my experience enjoyable. She was very helpful in explaining the process as we went and answered any questions we had. She was very personable and attentive to us throughout the process. My only suggestion for any changes would have been to give the customer more of an idea of time frame on the process for someone who has not gone through it before. Otherwise, the customer service of Sandy and other staff was nothing short of incredible. My overall experience was pleasant and I was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism that was shown to me. I would definitely come back again if I were to purchase another car from Infiniti.

Loved my experience here. From start to finish everything was perfect. Cara did a great job at consistently reaching out to me and giving me information before coming in. Jordan was my Sales Consultant and he made my experience there great. He was very informed and attentive. I came in trying to look at a few cars and Jordan made me feel like I was an old time friend. He was so welcoming made it a breeze. Once he handed me over to Mike to talk about the financing aspect of my transaction it became obvious that everyone was awesome here. Mike broke everything down perfectly and gave me other pointers that I didn’t know I needed. All in all this experience was amazing. Would recommended all my friends and family here. I love my new vehicle!!
