I have been doing Barre3 for years and absolutely love it. This studio is amazing as well. Every single instructor brings a fun and unique energy to class that keeps everyone excited about the workout. They also have a super cute play lounge that my kids love. I can't say enough great things about Suzy and the entire staff at Barre3 Powell.
I do lots of different exercises. I do HIIT workouts and strength training. I love that at barre3 I end up working out muscle groups that I am not hitting during my other workouts! Kimberly was an amazing instructor, she was very motivating and had great pointers on how to stretch deeper or modifications to make the poses more or less difficult. This was extremely helpful. Overall I had a wonderful workout and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Suzy was awesome! I loved the shifting between barre and floor work and the short breathwork attention at the end was a treat!
The workout is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and welcoming facility.
