Steller recently completed a major remodel of our home with a complete remodel of our kitchen, master bathroom, two additional bathrooms and all new hardwood floors on our main floor. We were very pleased from start to finish with the process. Steller essentially gave us a brand new home and the outcome is truly amazing.nnAll Steller employees and trades were professional, kind, punctual, focused, and hard working. We were treated with the utmost respect. Bryan Lipps, the owner, was very hands-on and responsive to all questions along the way. Whenever an issue would arise in the project, Bryan and his team were very prompt in addressing and correcting the issue. Cassie played a huge role in the success of the project by maintaining the organization, structure, and welcoming open communication at all times. She had a very patient and laid back demeanor throughout it all even when we threw a curveball her way. Willie and Justin were standouts to us for our project. They were our calming force as the weeks were coming to a close ensuring us that the job was going to wrap up exactly how we envisioned the finished product to be. We cannot praise Willie enough for the quality and detail he puts into his work. He truly cares about doing a job correctly. Although there were many more, a few other standouts for us were Shawn, Shawn Jr. and Jason. Every trade involved on our job did a highly professional job.nnSteller is very aware of the budget each client wants to stay within. Cassie really does an amazing job with guiding you in how to stay within your estimated budget for the materials. They listened to exactly what we wanted and would offer great advice along the whole process. I absolutely love our new master bathroom from Steller Construction and would happily work with them again. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and our new room is simply beautiful.nnWe had initially selected a different contractor, which was a headache. The other contractor tried to make us use their vendors and products (most likely they are financially compensated for this). For example, they pushed the use of a composite solid floor for the shower instead of my choice of marble tiles and they claimed that their limited choice of acrylic tubs (which were more expensive) were superior to my choice of a resin slipper tub. Fortunately, we were able to cancel our plans with them.nnIn contrast, Steller Construction was easy to work with and professional. I felt like they were focused during the process on making me happy with the new room. We had done our homework in comparison pricing and they were competitive and allowed us to select any product that we wanted. Also, they didn’t add on costs during the project. Inevitably, issues arise when remodeling an older house and they made it all work. They also allowed us to take advantage of possibilities that emerged after demolition (e.g., a higher ceiling in one part of the room) and didn’t add on costs for this.nnFinally, I appreciated that they followed policies to protect against Covid-19 transmission to make the project safe for us.

Steller Construction recently completed a master bathroom remodel project for us which included demo of our old shower & tub, installation of a new shower, installation of a vanity with countertop, tile work, painting and wallpaper. The team was very professional and easy to work with. They followed all COVID guidelines including proper masking. Cassie was well organized and kept us informed of the work schedule on a regular basis. She also assisted us with the purchasing of all necessary outside materials. Although the Steller team offered many good design suggestions, they also allowed used to choose the materials that we wanted to use such as an externally purchased vanity and bath cabinet. We would definitely consider using Steller for any future remodeling projects.

In fall 2019, I got a vision for a remodel that I wanted to do on our master bed & bath. I won’t sugarcoat it: it was a weird vision. But I was committed! I reached out to three construction companies to come for a consultation. The first company cancelled on me twice. The second company sent such a horrific representative that I was scarred and almost cancelled my third appointment, which was with Steller. Luckily, Jenna reached out to me before I had an opportunity to cancel and something told me to just go with it. I cannot possibly express how grateful I am that I found Steller. At the consultation, Jenna reassured me that they could guide me through reasonable ways to achieve my vision. She never batted an eye at my crazy ideas, even when I was literally drawing on the walls. The estimate came in the next week and I thought it was a mistake. I couldn’t believe that they were so cost-effective. It didn’t take us long to sign the contract and put down the deposit and then we were off! Cassie and Bryan were so great at guiding us through the process even though I’m certain I was not always an ideal client. Cassie especially dealt with how particular I was about finding the proper finishes (like a special order flush lever for the toilet because I just don’t do silver, seriously). As much as I thought I wouldn’t need hand-holding, I did; but they never failed me.nnI have never been through a major remodel and I was unprepared for the stress of things like demo day, but the crew made it so easy for me. When it came time to rebuild the room, I think I likely drove Bryan insane with more explanations and pictures and wall drawings but between him, Jason, and Randy, they really nailed exactly what I was looking for. It can be a nerve-wracking thing to have strangers in your home all day but every single person they sent was kind, personable, professional, and so helpful. Sean found a large scratch in the cabinets I had ordered from a separate company and pointed it out in a calm way, while offering a wonderful solution that wouldn’t delay the project. Andrew climbed through my storage closet that houses way too many shoes to install the coolest bathroom fan of all time and still had the wherewithal to double check with me on installing the light panel because he thought I might not like the way it looked. Jose and his crew were such fun guys and, as someone who is absolutely befuddled by drywall, I cannot believe how good they are at their jobs. Victor and Nick had the unlucky job of doing intricate niche tile for someone with very selective OCD but again, they never wavered. If it needed fixed, they fixed it. No questions asked. I could never pick a single special thing to highlight in regards to the special care that Randy and Jason took with this project. They quite literally made my dream come true and were so wonderful to have around. Every project has setbacks or road bumps but I never once worried because I knew Jason and Randy would take care of it. They genuinely took the time to get to know me and understand my vision. Their attention to detail made everything come together in the places that I would have accidentally let it fall apart. I cannot express enough that I could not have done this without them.nnThree weeks ago, I was so nervous to have people in the house with me all day while I worked remotely and now, I’m kind of sad that they’re done and I won’t see them every day. We have truly just begun what will eventually be a full renovation of our home. I am so excited that I found Steller and can’t wait to work with them on more projects.

The Steller Construction Team led by Bryan and Cassie resulted in the complete redo of two bathrooms and our complete satisfaction. The project involved complete tearout of all existing materials and replacement of vanities, vanity tops (quartz), a bathtub (jacuzzi to free standing) two showers (studs to all new tile- marble, porcelain and mosaic) all new plumbing, new floors and lighting, mirrors and exhaust fans. Additionally, wallpaper had to be removed, walls repaired and painted. The bathtub installation included redoing the three walls around the tub with a beautiful wainscotting made from scratch.
