I bought my first car here and it was the best car buying experience I could've asked for! Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I got everything I wanted in a car! I will definitely buy my next car here too!
This place really took care of me. I had some problems with the Audi I purchased here, but they were quick to resolve them and I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of the staff Ani has recruited.
We saw a car on line that we wanted to look at. My husband called the number and left several messages. He also emailed. No one ever got back to us. We ended up going in and when we arrived there were employees just relaxing on a sofa inside on their cell phones and they didn't bother to get up and greet us. Finally another employee helped us out and got us situated into the car we saw on line. It was a great test drive and we came back and spoke to the manager and said we wanted to purchase the vehicle for cash, as long as the mechanic could check on the noticeable oil leak and some suspension problems, as well as timing issue we noticed on the car. The manager never called us back. We assume they could not fix the issues and therefore couldn't sell the car in this condition, but it continues to sit outside in the lot. We just felt it was a very dodgy dealership and would recommend going somewhere more reputable. We ended up buying the same car for more money at the Honda Marysville dealership instead.
