I love Bikram but this particular instructor (owner) made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. First, it was in the back of her house. When I was in the class, she insisted that I had to be in front of a mirror. I had done Bikram before and I totally understand why but the space was not too big and the class was full. She proceeded to bot only move me but yell at 2 of her instructions that were in the same class to move for me and that they knew better. As the class progressed, she would yell at other students for not doing poses correctly (I am assuming they have been students for a while). This is the total opposite of what a yoga practice should consist of. I never returned although this is the only bikram yoga studio around my area.
