I had a top notch experience purchasing my 2021 Mazda CX-30 at No end Mazda!nI worked with Anthony, Mike, Mark & Tom- who were all experts in their departments and worked with myself and their team to make sure I was happy and my experience was flawless. No one pressured me, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I was happy with the vehicle, the pricing and that the process was executed in a timely manner. Came here from Worcester Massachusetts, not too far of a drive but it started pouring when I got there. They’re more than welcoming while we waited for the rain to stop. Was looking at a used vehicle, and they were cordial the entire time. Didn’t end up buying the car I was looking at for financial reasons, but would very much suggest anyone interested in a new or used car to come and at least take a look. Very nice staff and understand people!nnEdit, forgot to mention I spoke with Mike and Alex.

They have always done well by me. Service pricing is often comparable to 3rd party pricing. They let me know when a repair can wait vs needs to be done. I appreciate this. The staff is friendly.

Rob Newton and his Service crew over at North End Mazda are incredible! Every time I come in to get my car serviced, they're quick, thorough, and they keep me updated through the whole process. It's one of the few dealership service departments around that truly still cares about their customers! It's the only place I bring my car!
