Townsend Ford .... definitely a dealership worth driving to. Not the closest dealership to me but certainly one of the best. I purchased a CPO vehicle recently from Townsend Ford and I couldn't be happier. The purchasing experience was positive from start to finish ... no stress, no pressure ... just respect. Robyn was excellent. She took her time with my wife and myself, she wanted to make sure whatever decisions we made that we were 100 % satisfied. This is what car purchasing should be ! I've purchased three trucks at Townsend , and have a car on order. My fiancee has purchased a Focus and an Escape there. We have always been extremely pleased with the staff and service at Townsend... From Steve H. in sales, to Jason in Finance, to Deb and the crew in the service department. I have also ordered parts there as well. The staff has always been helpful and informative. Our concerns have always been addressed promptly. We have always gotten up front and straightforward pricing. I don't believe we've every had a negative experience there. I regularly recommend them to anyone considering a Ford.
Service is always excellent. Deb, Kathy and Mitchell are professional, kind and really care about each of their clients. They have made their waiting areas safe during the COVID times. I always appreciate going to Townsend Ford. Thank you.

I have had my 2017 Ford Edge for one week and absolutely love it! All of the staff at Townsend Ford were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Townsend Ford to all of my friends as a great place to buy a new or used car.
