I'm a pizza guy. I know good pizza. This is a chain and obviously won't compete with your best in town mom and pop shops. That being said, they do very well for their price point. Good customer service. Better ingredients than most in the same price range. Most importantly when I say extra cheese they give it. The place deserves respect amongst it peers and when the mood strikes they have my business.
I order at this location every week. Same order every time. We have never had a problem except for the last two weekends. I’ve noticed these girls are new and they have horrible attitudes. I was a manager for 5 years of my life and would never tolerate any of my employees talking to a customer the way my boyfriend was talked to tonight. After he told her that he doesn’t appreciate her attitude she simply HUNG UP on him when he was still going to place our order. Unacceptable. Poor customer service. Do better.
Don't know what happened to this place, but a few months ago it went down the tubes. Pizzas are always full of burnt bubbles, I have gotten garbage food from here for the last time. Amazing how it used to be so good and now it's so bad. Forgetting sides, undercooked bread, etc......just always bad recently. Try the Marcos on Memphis or Broadview road if you want Marcos done right.
Delicious, fast, friendly and affordable. Can't say enough good things about Marco's.
I understand with covid that pizza companies business must be crazy but being a restaurant worker myself I would never serve cold food or deliver an order such as I received today... I will not oder from this Marco's pizza any longer!
