Went here with a preapproved loan ready to buy. Loved the 2019 Chevy Trax that we test drove. Ruth said “sticker price is the price” and wouldn’t even drop the price down $500. Very strange. Walked out. Would not recommend wasting your time by stopping here.

Good place to look at vehicles, nice staff
My husband and I went to this lot back in April. It was on Sunday and we had actually driven to a place down the road but they were closed. We ended up talking to Ross, who was very helpful and didn't pressure us at all. We had never considered a Chevrolet before, but after a few test-drives we purchased one and have no regrets. Ruth handled the paperwork and was also very nice to work with and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
Absolutely horribe. Made an appointment with the manager Ruth this morning to come in later today and literally right as I’m pulling in she text me that she sold the car.nnDisgusted with the customer service here. Wasn’t even given the first right of refusal. Do not come here!
