This place must have disgruntled employees. An order of chicken and broccoli alfredo came with ONE piece of broccoli. One! That doesn't happen on accident. Paying for extra mushrooms on a hot veggie pocket actually got me NO mushrooms. This is just from our latest order. Even with a history of poor experiences, we still occasionally order from here if we're craving their subs, because the subs are good (when done right). But we always have to mentally prepare ourselves and place bets on whose food will be screwed up before we order. Think we'll refrain from the pasta from now on, though.

These are the most rude and disrespectful people. They rush through the order, I have to tell them to slow down because I can’t understand them, and the response is, sorry I’m busy. We’ll be busy with me for two freaking minutes. Today I go hung up on after I said I wanted a delivery which by the way, is just at the other end of the plaza. They can WALK here. Someone needs to get these employees to be respectful and courteous. This is ridiculous. My last order for a very long time.

And you are still breaking the law, go check. You can not refuse cash in the state of MA.nnWanted to order delivery but would only take credit card for payment. It is illegal in the state of MA not accept to cash, and I don't recall that being changed due to covid.

First time at a Papa Gino’s since they shuttered most of them. I miss it but this location was not up to standard. Pizza was lukewarm but tasty. Cheesesteak was as great as I remember but bread was cold and undercooked. Restaurant was clean but smelled of antiseptic cleaner. Staff looked unhappy, no cashier for awhile, and food took a long time to come out. There’s potential here if it wasn’t so corporate and uninviting. All it needs is more love and care.nnToo bad management will read this and blame the employees. I would bet morale is super low after they closed so many locations. And probably no budget. They need to do something radical to turn things around. Make it more homemade or “neighborhood” Italian place.
