None of the employees in the National Road store were wearing masks when I went in to pick up my takeout order today, not even the fake below-the-nose kind. When I asked about this, they rolled their eyes in disgust and ignored my question. Even Taco Bell has better covid safety than this place. I will not be back for a very long time.
Not only a perfect location, best pizza ud83cudf55 I've had in many, many years!
Pizza was great like always, but the lady forgot to send plates forks and napkins with driver. Delivery driver wore mask and was step above all other drivers ive seen from here in last 7 or so months.
Slow service. I was ignored by the guy at the counter; both before I ordered and after my order was ready and on the warming rack. The food was good.
Too bad there isn't a 0 recommendation!!!nWe made an online order at 8pm on 12/28. 2 salads and a sandwich. The order was supposed to be delivered in 40 minutes. At 9pm I called for status. The man that answered said it was on its way. Mind you, we were 0.2 miles from the restaurant. We had just traveled 8 hrs and were too exhausted to pick up the order. At 945 my husband called and the man said Juan just walked out the door with our order. It is 1040pm as I write this. The front desk of the hotel we're staying at recommended your restaurant. Believe me, I will definitely tell them to never recommend you again. It's obvious you have incompetent staff that also lies to your customers. In these days of the supposed hardships restaurants are having, you're not going to last too long!
