I went to the one in Martins Ferry. Everyone was real nice. They apologized because when I got there, I had to wait 4 more minutes for the bread. They gave me candy & a big cookie. They didn't have to do that at all. While I waited they were all joking around & telling one another how they did a good job. Felt good to see that...especially on a busy day like today. They were all smiling. Great customer service everytime we go there.
Ordered pizza through their online site, ordered 4 large pizza's at 6:30pm yes I understand it was new years eve. I get confirmation order will be ready at 7 I get a phone call from the martins ferry location 10 minutes after I place my order telling me they have no more large pizzas and did not offer to sub them for a different size since I already paid online for them. I go to the store to see if I can just get them subbed or get a copy of my refund so I don't get screwed and they tell me they are out of pizza period. I called st clairsville and asked if they had large pizzas and they said no but if you wanted to wait 20 minutes they can make the dough and I told them that was fine. Point is I will not go to the ferry location again there should be no reason that you run out of pizza at 630 on a night you know you will be busy.
I spent $15 on a extra large pizza! Great deal!
Placed my order, for a large pepperoni pizza and a small garden salad with cheese. I was told it would take 60 minutes. I didn't receive my food until 2 hours later. Pizza was luke warm and I didn't get my extra dressing for my salad nor was there any cheese it was just lettuce and tomatoes. It was at martins ferry oh and I did contact them but only to be told they were busy and it would take even longer for them to correct it. It was already 830pm I went to arbys.
Best pizza is in wheeling ferry burnt my taco pizza and never returned my csll or product
