First off we do enjoy Marco's however tonight we placed an order online around 7:30, its 9:17 and it still hasn't arrived. 10 minutes ago I called the store and was told the driver left 10-15 mins ago and should be there in 5 mins.nnIts 9:30 now & I just called the store back. Now they tell me that the order placed was for carryout not delivery. If that was the case, then that would have been our error, but WHY would you have said that the pizza was on it's way when it was sitting on your shelf. Also why after nearly 2 hours of the pizzas sitting there do you not think to contact the people that placed the order. So now my husband's leaving to go pick up the pizzas.nnThe best part of this cluster:n1. The receipt was for delivery NOT carryout like they claimed.n2. One of the pizzas was the wrong size. He said they offered to remake the pizzas but frankly it's now after 9:30. We'd rather take our lukewarm pizzas & reheat it than wait any longer.nnSupposedly they'll be providing a refund but considering the song & dance they put on, we'll see how that goes. Maybe if they actually come through I'll update this but at this point I'm not holding my breath.
I grew up eating Marcos Pizza. Sadly this place isn't up to par. Seriously lacking taste and employees leave much to to be desired. I'll order from the Landen location from now on.
This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I want to go to a good supper, this place comes first to my mind. best and many types of food and a large list of dishes.helpful crew, and good mood. Also, the expence is honest. I tell about this restaurant with no hesitation.
Very good food, great service and prices ate great...
Love this Marco’s!! Pizza is always great, staff is super friendly and helpful! Most definitely will go there again and again!!!!
