I took my mother in law to Herrnstein Hyundai and worked with JR to trade in her Hyundai that she purchased from Herrnstein 8yrs earlier. So why did we come back? We had such a good car buying experience last time. They are easy to work with, have a great selection, and use a no pressure approach. I've purchased two cars from Herrnstein and both times it was a very good experience. Thanks to JR and the Herrnstein team for another easy and good car buying experience.

Doug was an excellent associate and extremely helpful.nI had a huge issue with my vehicle and he had great communication skills and did everything he could to help me with a complicated process.nAfter several weeks with little to minimum help, Doug and Dave stepped up and took it full force and got it taken care of.nAfter almost a year of trying to contact my sales person to get floors mats and another part of my car fixed, they did as soon as it mentioned it!nThank you for the help!

I could not ask for better customer service! From the salesman to the finance department... a wonderful experience! I can’t say enough positive about Paul Woods! I felt like he attended to my every request as if I were his only customer! Adam Baker and John in finance were extremely pleasant and great to deal with! I refer all my friends and family to go to Herrnsteins for their purchases. I love my Herrnstein family! ☺ufe0f

Highly Recommend.nThe Service and Parts staff are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. AND they are the cheapest in town!nnside note: they actually had someone going around wiping down surfaces. that was such a nice sight to see during this time, a business that honestly cares about its customers. Great Job!

What a great experience we had buying my boyfriend a cheap daily driver from here! The sales staff, especially JR was very helpful and answered all questions we had and allowed us adequate time to make a decision. He even was nice enough to speak to a mechanic and the GM for us. The GM was very personable and it made a great statement that he himself came out and talked to us. Thanks again for all of your help and kindness!!!
