Drive-thru ordering lines are always long, even though there is two lines to place your order. Sometimes when your placing your order cashiers cant hear you because of there voice boxs. Make sure you have the exact change. Cause if you dont they make you cancel an item & also make sure your getting the right change back. Because sometimes you might be missing that nickel or dime or quarter or even a couple of dollars back from the cashier because they added the wrong #. But again that's not your fault & that missing change adds up. Also 50% of the time in some McDonald's you don't always get what you ordered. So make sure you check your order right there & then. Because when you call to complain its a pain in the behind to get your food replaced. Like if the Managers are being disturbed. I think they should take the time to help the customer as best as they can & fix the problem. Not ask 1000 more questions. I Hope they fix these problems soon.

Their drive thru has signage advertising the new J Balvin Meal. I went to order one, and was told that it was only available on the "APP". If your drive thru doesn't offer a product, then why advertise it in the drive thru? Frustrating.

This location has really earned my loyalty. Every employee I encounter is so friendly, and I'm never afraid to use my Rainbow debit card here. They always make sure they get my order correct, and go above and beyond to make sure that anything that gets messed up is corrected. I had to wait a lomg time for drinks today, but they made sure that the tea was fresh, the soda were cold and that they were all the right drinks. An employee came to give me my drinks and he was super apologetic about the wait time, and I really appreciated his dedication to making me happy, even though I wasn't mad in the first place! I'm generally very patient and don't mind a long wait. On top of the great service, the food is always good. Picture Perfect nuggets, crispy and salty fries, tasty burgers and the only location that doesnt totally drown the McChickens in mayo. Cant speak highly enough of this locations crews!
