If you’ve ever wanted to try CrossFit, I would 100% recommend this place... the epitome of community here- from the well educated and personable coaches, to the athletes that make each class fun and inviting. The equipment is new, durable and reliable.. with all the extras! The facility is clean, neat and has the best vibe- not to mention the programming. Pushing YOUR limits in a safe, and responsible way are both 100% priorities here. You leave every class feeling like you accomplished something, continually getting better and learning something new EVERY day. Best gym around, hands down. “Just show up!”
This place is top notch! First class coaches and facility. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Safety is first and they work with all levels of fitness. Great program for kids too! The CFZ community is supportive and fun-an all around wonderful experience!
Knowledgeable staff who puts safety and form first and create a positive, motivating environment. The coaches truly care about your growth both physically and mentally. The clean, organized facility is first class! I highly recommend CFZ !!
