Great service from start to finish. Mark kept me informed of the status of my Toyota while it was in transit and made sure all my questions were answered before I pulled off the lot. I highly recommend Zanesville Toyota and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I mainly worked with Matt and he was very laid back without pushing me into anything. Was able to answer all of my questions and check in with me via text when needed. I also worked with Thomas. Thomas and Matt worked really hard to find me exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and I appreciated it so much! The closing process was so quick compared to what I’ve previously encountered.

The Truck market is so very tight! And everyone at Zanesville Toyota was working for me from the start. Texting me with new info. Answering all my questions. They were professional as well as friendly. They made me feel comfortable at the dealership. Mark Richey helped me every step of the way. His job is 24/7. He has been available after the sale as well. Vince was quick and with financing. explaining the process and answering all my questions there as well. And with a life time power train warranty on my new Tacoma. I will be much more at ease with my purchase for years to come. I would recommend Zanesville Toyota and all their wonderful staff to everyone I know!

I came into the dealership just to try on a couple cars. I was not intending to buy a new vehicle that night. Up came Anthony. He was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and when one model didn’t work he came up with another one until we narrowed down the selection to one final car. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

The new ownership at Zanesville Toyota are amazing, quick and responsive! Customer service is a tremendous improvement over previous visits under previous owners. I’ve always been a Tansky customer and am even more happy to now be a Zanesville Toyota customer!
