Not Impressed. Called for an Estimate. Said he would be by next day. Proceeded to cruise around my neighborhood and stopped at the wrong house.nnI attempted to call him 3 times while he was obviously lost. No answer. Voice Box Full.nnProceeds to call me an hour later telling me stopped at a house with a picket fence and left a card.nnCan't speak to the quality of this companies work. But the lack of basic organization / communication was mind blowing.nnWhat you can do better.n- Correctly write down customer address / phone number. Verify this information while the customer is still on the phone.n- If you do have difficulty finding the address. Be proactive. Reach out to your customer and ask for clarification / land marks.n- Give your customer a direct call back line.
