My pizza was completely cold when it arrived, and the shift leader on duty couldn't be bothered to even apologize when I called the store! I'll never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
Ordered online for curbside pickup. Once I arrived, I called to let them know I was there. Sat on hold for 7 minutes then the guy who answered said he couldn't find my order. I went inside, packed lobby with no social distancing or masks being worn by employees or customers. I had to ask an employee to check on my order, even though the screen showed it was ready with my name. He couldn't find my order, along with several other lobby customers. Ended up waiting in the lobby for an additional 30 minutes.....on top of the original 30 minutes given for the order to be made. The manager was doing an incredibly poor job. The lobby was FULL of unhappy customers and employees were not even trying to help the customers to see if orders were ready. The 2 people ahead of me ended up getting free and deeply discounted orders. I got no discount because I ordered online. Thank goodness I am just in the area visiting, I would never go back here. Management needs to evaluate the staff managers and make some changes. If you can't deal with the public then you should not be a manager.
Never got all my toping and my pizza was not cut all the way through can do batter never be back
Waited over an hour past the ready time to get 2 cold pizzas and breadsticks instead of cheese bread , smh never order here !!!
