Went in for dinner tonight. I ordered one hand tossed pepperoni pizza and a cup of garlic butter. When the woman handed me my pizza I noticed crazy bread on top of the box and tried to hand it back to her. She explained she charged me for it. Didn't order it but whatever not a huge deal I guess. But when I got home I had a cheese pizza, not pepperoni, and it looked burnt.nSomehow, this woman managed to get the entire order wrong except the garlic butter. Great place! Best little caesars in Cincinnati! Drive 30 minutes even when there’s a little Caesar’s 5 minutes away. Had a problem with the eastgate store telling my boyfriend that they don’t make fresh pizza after 8 and then when I called told me they could... decided to go to this one instead and I’ll only go to this one ever again! All 3 workers tonight were amazing and considerate. They listened to our problem and went over and beyond with trying to fix it! 10/10!!!!
Can I give it 0 stars? Called ahead for a pizza. Went through drive through ordered wings and cheesy bread. Was asked to pull up front and they would bring it out, 30 minutes later i went i and was told i did not pay for it. Showed them the receipt. And then they gave me the cold food.nNot worth it go someplace else. Masks for the employees is optional.
On this visit the pizza was not good at all. Plus the bread sticks were were not done. Also our order was 30 minutes late. I know this is cheap pizza but we get this stuff monthly and usually isn't too bad. Being short staffed kept this from a one star.
Never a consistency on food at this location employees are usually rude and never want to speak to you when you walk in the door when you order something half the time you don't get what you even order I would never recommend anybody to go to this location. Added photos of the food that we ordered tonight what we actually got. Have tried to call seven times to have somebody correct my order and nobody will pick up the phone Will be contacting corporate office again for this location.
