Highly recommend! The coaches are great! They know the program and know how to challenge the kids so they don't get bored. The program changes monthly and allows kids to be kids.nI have seen a lot of progress in my child. I would recommend this over any sport at a young age. It teaches them independence, social skills, sportsmanship, and so much more!!

Great coaches, motivating and positive learning environment, helped my child develop self-esteem and self-confidence, really happy with this exercise program that adds a variety every month to challenge kids mentally and physically ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0fnnReturned in 2021 after all the COVID-19 mess, my son missed Kidstrong and was excited to be back!!! Still a great program with caring and skilled coaches that really know how to lead kids to be confident and fit.
We love KidStrong! it has been an awesome experience for our little guy. He started at 16 months old.
