I just purchased a vehicle from Porsche of Kings Auto Mall and had a wonderful experience. I submitted an offer online on a Friday afternoon and within a half hour I received a call from Michael A. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. I was able to negotiate a fair price before the day was over. Michael was very helpful in explaining how an out-of-state purchase worked, sending me all of the paperwork electronically and quickly re-sending me paperwork after I had made a few changes. Each time he was incredibly quick to respond and very kind. When I arrived to pick up my car, the process to purchase was the fastest, easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Michael took the time to explain a ton of the electronics in the car to me and show me many of the bells and whistles. I had an excellent experience and would return to them again for a purchase any day.

One of the most professional, attentive, and best service experiences I have had at a service department. My service advisor David went above and beyond on a car that I wasn’t even purchasing from them. It was a local seller that I asked to have inspected prior to purchase as I am located out of state.nnThey were as thorough as you could ask. A comprehensive report/videos were provided, and answered as many questions as I had. If they were this good from a distance, I can only imagine the experience for someone that lives nearby.nnHighly recommended, thank you again.
