I had a great experience working with Shawn on my used 2018 Q50. I purchased the car sight unseen and it was everything he and the team described. Great car and great/easy process to purchase. I would highly recommend Shawn and the team.

Super unprofessional and I was lied to! Will never take my business there ever again!!!nn*UPDATE*nnRight after these guys wouldn’t even look at my car, I called infinity of northern Kentucky and spoke with mike in the service department. He told me to bring my car right on over they don’t discriminate. 3 days later my car was repaired and is back running perfectly fine thanks to those guys in Kentucky! Take your cars to them they do great business no matter what you look like!!! By the way the director never called back!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Infiniti of Cincinnati, we worked with their salesperson Ryan Thompson. Ryan was very prompt on answering all of our questions, was extremely easy to work with. I recommend if your looking for a car here, ask for him!

I had been looking for a car for a few months as my lease was coming close to being done. Of course I was looking for a specific car and where I live they don’t have the inventory of many used cars they do mainly leasing. Darrin at Infiniti of Cincinnati wasn’t the first dealership I spoke with- but he was the first that I really felt comfortable with and confident that I found my car and my dealership I wanted to work with. It was a few days before Christmas and he was always available to answer all of my questions (he gave me his cell number) which means a lot to me. Darrin coordinated my car to be shipped directly to me here in NY. The whole transaction was seamless! I highly recommend Darrin and all of the great people that work at Infiniti of Cincinnati.
