I would like to thank the entire team at Performance Lexus for making my experience of purchasing my first new car such a smooth and pleasant experience.nI would like to give a really BIG Thank You in particular to TRINA who was nothing short of AWESOME! She is so professional, very knowledgeable and amazing customer service. She answered every question with ease, and believe me I had many, lol. When I called her she responded promptly every time. She was so patient with me and even stayed after hours to assist me. I never felt pressured by any pushy sales pitch and I felt she did her best to get me exactly what I wanted and really took into consideration my needs and what was the perfect fit for me. She spent time with me showing me how to set up all my options in my new car so I would know how to work everything and told me to call her at anytime if I needed future help with anything or any questions.nOverall she was outstanding!nThank you Trina for all your help, patience and kindness. You really made this process a pleasant one for me. I would definitely recommend Trina, you will not be disappointed!

Edit: The service manager and I spoke after he reached out to me. He explained and took responsibility for the error. I'm impressed with the quick response. I will also add the work was completed in a timely manner and was completed professionally. I really appreciated the video sent of the mechanic's recommended service.nnORIGINAL: Crooks double dipped on warranty work. Had to take off the belt to replace warranty part. I had the belt replaced because it was already off and they charged me labor to put the belt back on! This is what gives mechanic service a bad name. Wont go back.

Great customer service and I appreciate the live video inspection of my vehicle. Most importantly I appreciate the explanations of service options and what the price will be before the work is done.

I had a great experience dealing with Troy and the rest of their team. Excellent communication, very professional, friendly and no pressure sales. Will shop again after Lexus puts a V8 into the new IS lol. ud83dude42
