Stopped in just to brows the trucks and Mike come out. Not at all pushy but VERY friendly. A good knowledge of his inventory and willing to discuss fair pricing and answer all questions. He seemed as if his real goal was to be kind and seem as a friend rather than making a sale the priority. As I stated we were just looking and he knew it and still didn't mind taking all the time we wanted walking around. He then took us inside and offered us a great seltzer water to go.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing our van, and Landen Motors offered the best price, and offered me a decent trade deal. I wasn't originally planning to trade in my old car, but Andy made me a fair deal I couldn't pass up. Andy was fair, gave me all information I requested and worked with me through a snow storm to send me home with my new van! I was a bit nervous as they're a smaller dealership and I read one bad review, BUT I went ahead and took a chance, and I'm so glad I did! You can't please everyone, and most businesses have at least one bad review. Andy treated me like his #1 customer, and I felt like he actually cared about what I wanted. I wasn't just another sale like I felt from some of the larger dealerships I visited, and believe me I visited a lot! I never felt pressured to buy from Landen either. I can't recommend them more! It was a great experience all around! Both Andy and Rana were great to work with and I'll be back when it's time for us to purchase another vehicle.

Between Mike, Andy and Reena we felt completely comfortable with our experiences! We went in to test drive a couple different vehicles. They were all super knowledgeable about the ones we were interested in were so friendly! They gave us their own experiences and let us make up our minds without being pushy in any way! We know where we will be looking when it is time to purchase again!

Literally THE best place to get a car! These people worked so hard to give me the best deal on the exact car I wanted. Got me approved for the best loan possible. Rana is like a mad scientist with numbers, working them every way she can to benefit you. This woman is definitely good at what she does! These people don’t hound you or breath down your neck. Their cars are in great condition and very sound. I will never buy from another car lot. I am so thankful to have stumbled upon Landen Motors!
