Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! We were told by an employee of this dealership to return our lease here. Told us they needed 3 days to gather and complete paperwork and we would be in and out in half an hour. We drove over an hour and were then told that they couldn't accept a return on a lease they didn't start. We had asked this on the phone over a week ago and were told that it wasn't a problem since the other dealership has since closed. Now we have 2 screaming kids and a salesman swearing at us. He goes in and we assume to go get help with a manager but instead they all ran and hid with their tail between their legs. I had to go in and ask the receptionist for a manager since they left us in the parking lot. She tried looking for them but they would not come out! Didn't even bother to ask if we needed to purchase or lease a new vehicle they must be doing so well with sales in this pandemic that they don't need to care about potential clients.
I’ve had my car serviced here a few times now and these guys are great. They know everything about these brands and always take fantastic care of my car. Seth in the service department is incredibly friendly, professional, & just overall does a great job. I live an hour away which is tough, but won’t take it anywhere else to be serviced because of how efficient they are. Very pleased with the service here. Highly recommend!
I purchased a 2019 Alfa Stelvio last Saturday, the whole staff, Su from Sales, Dimitri and the finance team were extremely helpful with the sale, although I had very specific requests, they were very patient and went above and beyond in order to help me. I will definitely consider this dealership again for my next purchase. Maybe a Maserati, why not ud83dude00.

Great experience working with Seth and Ethan. I purchased an Alfa Giulia from another dealership and never believed the car rode properly. Selling dealer denied any issue and did not fix the problem after weeks in service. One trip to Alfa in Wayland fixed 3 out-of-balance tires, and an adjustment in the alignment helped the car track straight instead of pulling. I will be visiting this dealership for service for the duration of my lease. Thank you!
