Kevin was genuinely so kind. I quickly mentioned I was having a “bad anxiety day” (if you know what that’s like, you know) and he went above and beyond with his patience and kindness. His customer service and genuinely pleasant personality made me feel so much better AND he made me an amazing sub. JJs please give this man an outstanding service bonus!!
Came in and ordered a #1 with JUST ham cheese pickle and onion. They made it completely incorrectly. Went back up to ask them very politely to make it again and got very rudely told that I ordered it wrong. Only thing I did wrong was come here and expect to be treated with respect.
My favorite sandwich shop. Consistently delicious with great options. Highly recommended.
Ordered a #1 with JUST ham, cheese pickle and onion. I received it with whatever else normally came on it but no onion or pickle.
