Had Casello electric do a breaker upgrade and service for a new pool heater and shed. The owner called me back the same day as reaching out and did the bid the next day. Casello’s crew did exceptional work and I would highly recommend them for any big or small project.
They had to come back to finish a job and Frank decided to charge me for two trips, doubling the price of connecting a dryer. Will never use them again. Casello Electric is chasing dollars and not worried about customer satisfaction. Recommend you go elsewhere.
I have used casello electric twice and had the same tech, Mark, both times. I used them once for an AC unit install and once for an upgrade/repair. Both times they called me back quickly, scheduled me on short notice and arrived to the house on time. I asked if they could call me a half hour before they arrived since I work close to home and they did. The work space was left clean and they explained what they did and why. Prices were representative of the area where I live. I will use them again and have recommended them to others.
