Wrote this review a couple times and decided not to post it but in the end decided to write it. Had a razor there for the starter bearing issue. Called and they said they could look at it that day which was a plus. They ended up having the machine for over a month and left it sitting out in the snow the whole time. Get it back and it starts up fine. I wish it had been faster but I was happy it was working again. The problem came when I went to ride it. Started smoking awful and never had that problem before. Check the oil out on the trail and it had over two quarts to much in it. Could've have cost me a lot of money.

I wanted to give some praise to this place and to Shane in particular. I had some bike trouble 170 miles from home and found this place on my GPS. I called ahead to let them know I was going to limp over to them. By the time I got there, they were expecting me and very shortly after they had me back on the road with minimal expense.nnI never felt like I was a annoyance for being a drop in customer with an issue. Everyone was interested in getting me back on the road ASAP. Thanks again everyone for helping me get home before supper!

Very poor is all I can say won't work with you willing to let you walk over a couple hundred bucks ill go else where somewhere there willing to work with you
