Came here yesterday and got a car but didn't like the car buying experience, no one in their was personable, seem like he had an attitude with me because I didn't know which car to pick if he had explain more details about the cars I was looking at That would have been more helpful , I just chose a car I thought was best and within my budget and got the car, they didn't shovel the snow off the car, let alone say bye, didn't walk me to the car to go over the different perks the car had or nothing, none of them really spoke in their just look like they wanted to get me in and out, so overall the experience was horrible at this location, at least the customer agents are nice!, also the price went up from what I was approved for before coming to the lot as well
All the people at drive time are wonderful. We have bought two vehicles from them and love them both. We will continue to send people to them and keep buying from them too.
Ike was incredibly helpful and polite! He even got the vehicle we wanted transferred from another lot so we wouldn't have to go get it.
This my second car I got from them it Been good so far an they always work with u thanks drivetime
The car was beautiful and was treated really well, however four days later the thermostat went out. When I called in I got the runaround and ended up so frustrated I did it myself.
