I’ve had several vehicle over the years and with that I’ve had good and bad experiences with the dealerships and their staff I bought them from. No experience I’ve had will top the one my partner and I had with Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Jeff Henley, the guy with the Mohawk, as he went by and Robert Edwards were phenomenal to work with. Both were knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot and before going out for a test drive in the 2021 Jeep Cherokee, Jeff and Robert thoroughly went over all the features of the vehicle, answered all our questions and upon our return to the dealership, gave us a complete breakdown of where our money was going. To top it off, they were able to get us a pretty sweet deal to ensure our payments were within our budget. The way the two worked together made us feel more than comfortable about making the purchase and I not only recommend Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, but I specifically recommend that if you are in the market of buying a new vehicle, you ask for either one of these guys to work with. Neither will steer you in the wrong direction.

*** leased a new 2021 Cherokee! As always this place took care of me! Cannot recommend enough!nnHonesty goes a long way! Had them do a once over my Jeep and they found nothing crazy wrong as my Jeep doesn’t have 50k on it yet. Speed of service was quick and I could have had my car the same day i dropped it off if it weren’t for my work schedule. I’ll be returning

The salesman, Jeff Henley, provided an excellent customer experience. He was able to help get the best price on my trade in and they had rebates available for the new Grand Cherokee that I bought. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Byers over the past 20 plus years and all have been positive experiences. Service and Finance also are top notch. Would highly recommend going to Byers.

Greg, our sales guy was very personable and made the process very easy for us. He guided us through the loan process and was able to work with us to find a happy medium on our interest rates. Throughout our buying experience he kept asking if we had any questions to ensure that nothing was left unanswered. I’m sure it’s protocol but he also gave us a follow-up call two days later and again offered to answer any questions we may thought of after leaving the dealership.nnBuyers made the process of buying a car so much faster than car buying experiences in the past. After our loan was approved Aaron, our finance/paperwork guy made everything quick and easy as well. We were out the door in no time with our new truck!
