I had a great experience! I will definitely be a returning customer. The staff was full of life the atmosphere was warm welcoming and comfortable. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. What I appreciated the most was even after running my credit and finding out I had fair credit they still treated me as if I had A1 credit. They didn't try to force me in something just to get the sale. They asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and what price range was comfortable. Clark ended up finding me exactly what I was looking and then some. The vehicle definitely over exceeded my expectations. Kia as a whole exceeded my expectations of how my visit was going to be and how the buying process was going to be. Great place to do business. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend.

I had a wonderful experience buying new vehicle at Capital Kia , Ask for (Brandon Moss) he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff very well. I recommend and a 5 star performer he should be promoted really decent guy.nAlso wanted to share great experience with Capital Kia management (Paul- Josh-Belal) and of course customer service -last but not the least (PAM)nDealership is occupied by nice and helpful people get you the deal you would want and get you in to earn the business .nMy over all experience is phenomenal and excellent!nUndoubtedly the best KIA dealer in Ohio.

Raymond did an amazing job! you could tell he was putting his whole heart into finding me the best car for me! He stayed late making sure i knew executor what i was doing before leaving! Mo was awesome too, making sure everything was exactly and thoroughly explained! great job Kia!

Always very, very personal attention to customer. Jo Carmona is the best! She will work with you despite your financial situation. Very professional atmosphere. Although I was able to get an excellent interest rate and monthly payment, the high pressure to purchase the extra options (mechanical, loss, tire wheel, key replacement) is a little intense. I get it, but the goal is to present the info to the customer and allow them to accept or decline. I am covered, but it increased my new car payment higher than my previous payment. Not cool. Overall, I would recommend Capital Kia.

Such a wonderful experience with capital Kia! We have visited so many dealerships and no one else really compared . Raymond and Mark are both really attentive and made our experience no hassle they didn’t drag us around and made the experience so much fun. All of the employees here went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
