Third vehicle I’ve bought from the dealership. Love the honesty. Spoke with Nolan and Ron, both have excellent people skills. Knowledge of the products. When I told them where I needed to be to purchase new 2021 Equinox. They made it happen. Also want to mention Tom who in my opinion is above the rest with the handling of the financial part. The team together excellent and professional. The way it should be done!

My experience was better than other dealerships I have been too. they moved quickly, respected my time and allowed me to negotiate in order to get the price that I needed. Very friendly and not pushy at all.

The lady was nice in the service area, but the issue has been half way fixed. The ac now works and is ice cold, but it now does not blow at all in the back of my car. When I dropped it off the ac did not work, but the air worked throughout the car. I expect that my current issue will be fixed since I am sure it was just a missed connection when they were rehooking things.. I live an hour and a half away so it is a 3 hour drive every time I visit the dealership so very inconvenient.. I hope to be able to improve my rating as soon as the issue has been resolved.

I was in Wilmington for a dog.show for Easter weekend. The wheel on my Chevy Express van started making alot of noise. Of course, it was Easter and no mechanics open and had to wait until Monday morning. Needless to.say, I had.to get home ASAP. The people at Bush Chevrolet were so nice and accommodating. They got my van in first thing Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We're were on the road by noon. Thanks Bush Chevrolet!!!
