Always nice to go. Kept clean. Really enjoy going. Except the volume this last visit wasn't turn up on fox news but every station that i turned on was. Like listening fox news while on tread mill.brought to the front desks attention after my workout. Definitely happy with my black card membership. Which by the way even when ever i go on a vacation i can use their facility at all planted fitness location!
Clean environment, friendly people.
I went in to go tanning. I said the limit for minutes. I get into the bed and not 2 minutes later it shuts off. I went to the front desk and she said sorry and you cannot tan for another 24 hours. WHAT!!!! I drove here, waited for the tanning bed, by the time I got ready to get in the bed and the time to get out of the bed to go up to the front desk all for 2 minutes AND you cannot help me for another 24 hours when it’s YOUR FAULT!! I believe that was BS and they just didn’t want to solve the issue. No sooner than she told me that she turned her back on me and walked away!!!!
Very friendly and courteous, 1st visit since Covid-19 began... Still feels a bit concerning about infection. Have been vaccinated, but.......still. probably just in my head , will stay with it!
It's a great low pressure gym. The spa stuff is great if you can get the black card.
