Guys there did a awesome job. Had new service ran to my barn. They had me up and running in less than a day. I will recommend this company to everyone.

I originally had this company come out to fix a job done by a shoddy electrician. This work was done very well, and I was satisfied with the work at the time. One part of the original job included repairing damage done by the original electrician. The repair did not last but a year. It has been a headache to get this company back out to look at the repair work they completed. It seems that this company was quick to come do the original work for the pay, but not so great when it comes to standing behind their work. We have been pushed back a number of times. It is not my intention to smear anyone because they were all very polite, however, as a professional company I would have expected them to be more reliable when it comes to addressing issues with work they have done. If the issue is resolved I will amend my review with my level of satisfaction.nnUPDATED 29May2019: Google reviews serve two very important uses. One, they provide a means of sharing experiences with other users seeking services. Two, they give consumers a voice that is not easily dismissed. I digress. My original review was received by the business, and got their attention. Though he was initially taken aback by the review, the owner and I were able to talk through our difference of opinion. This is a reputable company with a large amount of work. As with any good business they should be busy. My frustrations came from unclear communication regarding when I might expect service for my issue. Moving forward I would simply encourage the business to seek process improvement in regards to communication with customers. We still have a difference of opinion on this point, but my concern with this element stands though it has improved in my particular circumstance following our discussion. Outside of that, they are very knowledgeable in their field, and, as I stated before, the gentlemen that have been out have been stellar.nnI am amending my two star review to a four star review. Jenks will do great work. Expect their calendar to be full, and do your part to be as clear in your communication as possible to avoid potential frustrations such as I experienced.
