This is a great place to buy a used car. My son was looking for a particular model Jeep Grand Cherokee. I searched many of them online and found a nice one on Car Gurus at Dennis Smith Auto Sales. Messaged through them and got a response promptly. I then called to ask a few more questions. I explained (on Wed) we were 3 hours away and would come up on Fri morning. He told me to call him Thursday before they closed to make sure it was not sold and if it wasn't, he absolutely would not sell the Jeep until we got there Friday. He actually called me back after we hung up to make sure he had told me about a minor issue. He said if I was driving 3 hours to look at it he wanted me to know exactly what I was coming to look at before I made that trip. My son bought the Jeep this morning. Drove it the 3 hour trip home. Ran like a champ. Super happy with this transaction. Shout out to Jeff and Jim. They are good, straightforward, honest guys who didn't try to pressure us at all. This place is absolutely wonderful! I bought a 2007 Town and Country van from here, and they were so friendly and the service was GREAT! The paperwork was quick and easy and out the door. Not a drawn out process like other places . The van had a problem with the turn signal/ wiper switch, so they ordered it and had me come back and it was repaired with no problem. They even repaired a bulging water hose for no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great service and great prices!

Dennis Smith auto is a great place to buy anpre owned vehicle. All the staff is great to deal with and treated me great! I went there to buy my son his first car. They had exactly what I was looking for. Large selection of vehicles. No hassle and Over all a great people to deal with! Very pleased! My son loves the car!

I purchased a 2003 Chevrolet S10 from this car lot and it went very well so far. The truck is a bit of a fixer upper which I expected, but they were super easy to deal with. As soon as I arrived I was able to immediately test drive the truck and they allowed me to look it over head to toe and everything was super smooth and simple. I even drove the truck back home to Wisconsin 500 miles away! Assuming the truck keeps up the way it has been I have been super satisfied with my purchase and will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future car or truck purchases thank you guys so much.

I bought a jeep Friday from here and it runs like new. I love my new jeep and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Jeff Wilson is the one that help me and may I add there very respectful as well. Thank you guys so much... If you want a new car I would recommend buying one from here!
