Awesome protein shakes. I had the Rebuild Reese's. Not too sweet and a great post workout option. If you're looking for something that's actually healthy, this is your best bet in Mason.

After moving back to Cincinnati I was so glad to find Steven's shop! He's a fantastic person full of passion and energy. He always has a smile on his face! Also leads great boot camps and cardio drumming classes that are lots of fun. Everyone should be going here!
