I drove from Cincinnati, OH to Springfield, OH (about an hour and 20 minutes) to purchase a vehicle that I saw online at Wyler.com. A soon as I pulled up, and before I could get out of my car, I was greeted by a wonderful salesman named Ron. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. as we looked at several vehicles online. When I found a vehicle that I liked for my son, Ron gathered my information in a very timely manner and had me approved in less than 10 minutes. That was very surprising, as I thought it would take much longer. After reviewing the documents with Ron, he introduced to a very nice young man named David. David was the finance person who gave me all the options for the loan including warranties. This young man was outstanding at his job! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and provided much clarity for the questions asked of him. I was in and out in a very timely manner and had a wonderful car buying experience! My car will be delivered to my home in Cincinnati tomorrow morning! Now that’s what you call exceeding expectations! The service that I received from Ron and David at Jeff Wyler Springfield was absolutely exceptional!! If you need a car and want top notch service, go to Jeff Wyler Springfield and ask for Ron and David!

They got my car in fast. There was a lot of work and maintenance done on it. They also did an oil change. Everything was fixed. My car runs and rides great! They got all the work done in one day! Friendly atmosphere. I will go there from now on!

Jon B. and Ian made my first experience of buying a new car so easy and enjoyable and now I am a proud owner of a 2020 Chevy Sonic RS!! I appreciate everything they did for me! I’m so happy that Josh didn’t let me get away and go to another dealership!! John Packer was phenomenal to deal with and he was able to keep me from having to pay my last lease payment!! He also washed my car himself, as the dealership was crazy busy the night I was there!! Mr. Davis in finance was a great help too, making sure to explain all the details of my new lease!! I’d totally recommend John and the whole staff at Wyler to anyone looking for a new car!! Thanks so much!
