This place deserves 10 starts out of 5. Bought my first car from Emperia this past month and Kyle really helped me out and made me feel comfortable buying a used car. I wasn't really in the market to buy but I couldn't pass up the opportunity. The BMW has been nothing but amazing I will definitely be back for an M3 in a few years. Cheers Kyle!

We have purchased two vehicles from Kyle, and plan to always buy BMWs from him for two main reasons: 1. He gets great vehicles and 2. Kyle is so honest, trustworthy and knows the car business. He was able to find the exact BMW we were wanting and then helped us get out of a current lease with a dealership so we wouldn’t lose our a**es.nWe haven’t ever found a better deal and even if there is, nothing surpasses the customer service element that Kyle provides.

Wonderful Experience buying my 1st BMW at Emperia Auto with Kyle . This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend working with Kyle, as one gets outstanding service from this passionate business owner, who is dedicated and cares about each customer while offering fair prices that stands up to high standards. Kyle is extremely genuine, a gentleman to collaborate with and a great professional... The approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Not only did i get to leave Emperia Auto with a great car, but also with my dignity intact. Thanks a lot, Kyle for your patience to wrap the deal up in my budget and preferences!! I would add this- So far none of the dealers would have give me this much time as Kyle gave me to answer all my questions. He is an AMAZING person.

I did not end up purchasing a car from Emperia Auto, however my experience dealing with Kyle has been great. He took the time to send me pictures and videos of the car model I was interested in even before they were posted to the website. Completely understood my needs and was very courteous even when I was not interest in a particular car. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Kyle and Emperia Auto. Kyle is professional, knowledgeable, conducts himself with integrity, and clearly cares about his customers' satisfaction.nnI recently purchased a car from Kyle and, due to my distance from the dealership and the current pandemic, we conducted the transaction almost completely remotely and the experience was excellent. Kyle promptly replied to any questions I had and took extra steps to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The car was exactly as promised when I went to pick it up and I was given as much time as I needed to review it in person before completing the transaction.nnIt was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend Kyle and Emperia Auto.
