It's hit or miss with them you show up about midday they are great will help you out with whatever usually even measured my rims depth to see if it would fit my truck but I've also been in the situation where they are ready to leave and are rude(honestly most people who are ready to go home at the end of the day are) I'll usually call ahead and make sure I show up around 2 to give them time to be ready they might not always have the parts you need but not all junkyards do
